Larry Brown

Larry is a Solution Architect with NVIDIA, where he assists customers and partners with their questions about GPUs and CUDA. Larry has over 15 years of experience designing, implementing and supporting a variety of advanced software and hardware systems for defense system integrators and major research universities. He has designed electro-optical systems for head-mounted displays and training simulators, developed GIS applications for multi-touch displays, and adapted computer vision code for lane following in UGVs for the GPU. His current technical interest is in Machine Learning. Larry has spent much of his career working for technology start-up companies, but was most recently with Booz Allen Hamilton before joining NVIDIA. Larry has a Ph.D. from the Johns Hopkins University where he studied Vision Science.
